Deposits: We no longer require deposits to book an appointment, instead a card will be saved to your file. If going against policies listed, the card on file will be charged a fee which will be stated through the policies. If given card on file is not valid all future appointments will be blocked from booking.

Rescheduling/cancelling: All cancelled or rescheduled appointments must be given within a 48 hour notice. Fail to give notice within the 48 hours will be subject to a $20 fee. As less than 48 hours notice does not guarantee the reserved appointment will be booked. Same day cancellations will be subject to a 50% fee of the service total.

Late arrival: We allow a 10 minute grace period, after the 10 minute period the service provider can decide to cancel your appointment. If you know that you are going to be a couple minutes late please notify us BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. Cancelled appointments due to being late will be charged a $20 fee.

No shows- If you are a first time client and no show 100% of the service fee will be charged, if declined you will be permanently blocked from any future bookings. Regular clients who no show without any notice will also be charged 100% of the service fee. Our time is valuable and there are clients who would have loved that opportunity to come in.

Fees: All fees charged to cards are non-refundable, if making a dispute for the charge will ban you permanently from booking here. We have the right to charge any cards on file if going against any policies listed. If any questions please feel free to text us at 705.323.2280
